Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
In case of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay in processing, but we will always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
We offer shipping across the Netherlands and select international locations. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Domestic Shipping (Netherlands): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is lost during shipment, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@rootseamoss.com with your order details and photos of the damaged package (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund for the damaged or incorrect item.
No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our product—consumable and perishable sea moss gel—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
International Orders
For international shipments, customs policies vary by country, and some items may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Root Sea Moss is not liable for any delays or additional charges due to customs processing.
