At Root Sea Moss, we strive to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our products, **all sales are final**, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@rootseamoss.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
While we do not accept returns, if your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to address the issue.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
For any damaged or incorrect items that qualify for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
